Peter Cheney Artist

Peter Cheney is a New York based contemporary artist living and working in Rockland County. Peter's paintings are primarily Acrylics on Canvas , but he frequently uses a variety of added materials to develop texture and depth. He also has been known to create onsite large-scale interactive installations. Some of his paintings are representational, some are landscapes, and some have vague allusions to biblical stories, while others represent scientific concepts of space and time and how the two things really are one.  Peter's work can be viewed throughout the Hudson Valley area.
